Refund policy

Dear Valued Customer,

Before anything else, we would like to sincerely apologize if our product did not meet your expectations. At Munero fragrance, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction and making the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.

Our policy follows the principles of Sunnah, we happily accept returns for any perfume that you are not satisfied with.

Policy Guidelines

  • Validity Period: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 6 working days to process your request.

  • Eligible Products: Returns and exchanges are applicable to 50ml Perfume Bottles.

  • Eligible Quantity: Perfumes must have at least 90% of the liquid remaining in the bottle.

  • Non-Eligible Items: Discounted items, special bundles, and 5ml spray testers are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Online Purchases Only: This policy is valid exclusively for orders placed on our official online store.

Deduction Checklist for Missing or Damaged Packaging

If the original packaging is missing or damaged upon return, the following minimal deduction charges will apply:

  • Damaged/Missing Box: PKR 50

  • Juice Used (Up to 10%): PKR 20

Note: If more than 10% of the perfume has been used, the item will unfortunately not be eligible for return or exchange.
